Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Rayvenia products. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

ELIGIBILITY:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
• Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN:

Email us at hello@rayvenia.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

REFUNDS:

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
• Shipping costs are non-refundable

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@rayvenia.com with photos. We'll send a replacement free of charge.
